LightSeeds is a menu of modalities blended to uncage your magnificence.Whether you are reaching for more success along your current path, or designing an alternate and more authentic future for yourself, these techniques will unmask, clarify, enlighten and empower you. Another way to think about these different methods is to imagine them as great lenses through which your own light, the light of the seed you are, is brought into focus in new and different ways. They are lenses to catalyze memory. So that you will re-member yourself and remember!

Angels, Ascended Masters, and other Powerful Advocates
These wise, powerful, benevolent archetypes of beingness grace us with their assistance every time we ask or open any type of door to let them in. They inform me during client sessions and sometimes move through me to offer healing grace.
Angels have appeared to me since childhood, and have been instrumental in every aspect of my life from knowing what to study, buying my first house, finding my husband, and locating my Peruvian crystals. They are continually teaching me that they are not quite what I believe them to be, both more and less than our myths have taught us.
At the Magdalene Conference with Tom Kenyon and Judy Sion at Easter 2007, I was initiated into a new level of partnership with the angelic kingdom. As Judy performed high ritual to open the gates between the human and angelic kingdoms, Tom sang their essence into our bodies, all of our bodies. I felt myself relax into communion with “my” angels in an entirely new way, and they have taken this opportunity to integrate much more deeply into my life and works. They hint the two lifestreams may merge, as we become angel humans or human angels, as we re-member ourselves and remember what is true.
I occasionally teach my system of connection with them, and offer my perspectives on the archetypes themselves. I embody the reality of their loving power. I know the places in the human experience where we don’t let them help, and can help you navigate the labyrinth successfully.

Crystals – Crystalline ReGenesis™, my own system
Geometrized light and sound, fellow cosmic travelers, living light, recordkeepers, seeds of our former and future focus and perfection, the mineral kingdom hold a special place in my heart. Crystals are the most ancient and most consistent indigenous shamanic tool, figuring prominently in the great archetypal myths of our planet.
I am realizing I have always known the Mineral Kingdom holds the key to an innocent State of Grace for us. As a child, I was fascinated with rocks, all rocks, the brown and misshapen, the common and castaway.
Crystal Guardians called me to Peru in the 1980s and after quite the journey initiated me as a Crystal Guardian. I began to remember how to use crystals as seeds of light to purify and activate the human lightbody. As I remembered, I longed to study with the crystal teachers of our time and was told for 10 years, “Do not seek instruction – Deepen your connection.” And so in the 1990s when I was allowed to join Melody (Love Is In the Earth) for her last series of trainings in this country, it was with great joy.

The crystal grids I work with create a “null magnetic space” which allows our spirit to be free of restrictions in memory and divine connection. (They interrupted this broadcast to assure me they do a lot more than that!) In my customized hands-on sessions, I have combined essential oils to uplift and stabilize frequency, alchemical spiraling sound to catalyze this and that, and inter-dimensional diplomacy of various sorts to attune, infuse and connect each client perfectly in the moment. An intuitive “Laying on of Stones” is almost always included.

My Celtic lineage is rich in the practice and imagery of partnering with the elements to hold a balance through communication, alignment and ceremony. Earth Healing Ceremony is quite natural to me. As a Crystal Guardian, I receive information from the mineral grids in the Earth and am on call to offer intentions of clearing, balance, activation and increased frequency in the moment. As I have traveled, particularly in this country, Canada and Peru, I have found myself spontaneously tuning in to the needs, the gifts, the messages of the trees, land, mountains, and bodies of water around me. I have learned to use geometries to stabilize and anchor light intentions. I have been led to offer the essence of essential oils and flower remedies to the elemental kingdom for their resuscitation.

Essential Oils Alchemy™ Practitioner (YLEO)
As a practitioner of healing arts, I had heard about essential oils and tried them a couple of times. Until I used the Young Living Essential Oils, I couldn’t feel essential oils or imagine any benefit, although the fragrance was always attractive. My son had a severe healing crisis in 1995, and all my many strategies were unsuccessful in resolving it. I asked everyone I knew for ideas, and was given some 3 Wise Men oil from the Young Living line. Along with Valor, Inner Child, Sacred Mountain, and White Angelica, I rubbed these oils on his feet every morning to wake him up; literally and metaphorically. In less than a month there was a profound change physically, mentally and emotionally. And I had begun my adventure with these blessed oils, which I refer to often as “God in a bottle”.

The emotional center in the human “reptilian” brain is the Limbic System, which contains an Amygdala Gland, where trauma is biochemically stored. Research has now proven that it is able to be unlocked, released, un-imprinted, through scent. And our Physics scientists have a lot to say about frequency, and it is finally able to be measured. The essential oils are able to lift our frequency. Essential oils alkalinize and provide oxygen to human blood. Some of them perform dual actions based on what is needed, such as lavender being a stimulant or calmative, and helichrysum providing or removing clotting factors in blood.
On a much more primal level, the essential oils are the lifeblood of the Plant Kingdom, who’s structure is so similar to the human nervous system, who’s chlorophyll is one molecule different from the hemoglobin in human blood. Essential oils are a gift from our primal mother, the Earth, to balance, comfort, and sustain us.
I have used these essential oils to facilitate physical, emotional and spiritual alchemy over the years with profound results.
Faith Healing – Choosing What to Have Faith In
This is my own revelation about how our lineage, history, culture and beliefs color what we create, and what we believe in. Where we place our trust. Sometimes we lose faith when we believe in the wrong things, perhaps outdated or simply misguided. We can restore our faith by remembering what is true and choosing in a new moment what we believe and where to make our investments. This is my Faith Healing.

Mediumship – The Oracle System
I had the great privilege to act as a Healing Medium at a John of God Casita, where I helped to anchor the John of God current at a regular session for that purpose in the United States, for 8 hours a week for more than a year. The purification and enhancement I received are incalculable.
My Mediumship is not the type one sees on the John Edward show. I’m not so interested in having the discarnate relatives drop in to comment. From time to time I have delivered a healing or clarifying message from such a one, but it’s really not my style. I am more of a Universal Translator. My particular brand of mediumship allows me to receive “Infused Knowledge” directly from Source. Everything talks to me. Including Higher Selves, Angels, Guides, Ascended Masters, all sorts of characters. I use this talent in service of my own unfurling joy and success, and for waking people up, helping them to re-member themselves and remember, re-orchestrating their wholeness, and reweaving their destiny path.
We are all mediums, every one of us, in every

LightSeeds is a healing and teaching ministry. I joined the Universal Brotherhood Church as a minister after meeting several of their ordained ministers and reviewing their charter and publications. Performing weddings is a particular joy for me, and I am available for the usual menu of ministerial services upon request. It is my great honor to minister, to offer light, comfort and direction.
Oracle Services – The Well of Oracular Knowing©
I am an Oracle, one who remembers what is true, the real history, and the real future, already assured. Many of us are rising now; many find their way to me, as this is part of the catalyzing service I was born to offer.
As we re-member ourselves and remember, we rekindle the core light in ourselves and it becomes contagious. It becomes a trend and a tipping point. The “Well of Oracular Knowing©” resides in our hearts and requires only a little catalyzing and our own willingness to access it. We as a species, or at least a society, have mostly “fled to our heads because it was the only place that didn’t hurt because it couldn’t feel.” And it is crucial to realize that “the mind can only think. It can predict the future by predicating it on history. It can never, ever, know. Only the heart can know.” (From my upcoming book, The Heart of the Matter©) When we allow ourselves to let our hearts remember, it turns on the switches of our highest light and greatest destiny and we soar.
Reiki is an age old system of energy healing originating in Tibet, which was rediscovered and developed in Japan and has been taught worldwide for nearly 100 years. I have attained the Reiki Master level and have been a practitioner for 15 years.
Rising Star Healing
is a system channeled by Derek
O’Neill of Ireland in 2004, which
connects to the Ascended
Master level for purification and uplifting of energy on all
levels. I have been a practitioner since 2005. My experience of
a Rising Star Sessions is that an accelerated energetic
bandwidth, which some associate with Christ, the Ascended
Masters, LightBody Activation, or Angels, l inks with her energy
system and in some cases interacts directly with the client
during the session. This energy and experience is first
powerfully clearing, with clairvoyants able to see energy flying
out of the body of the client during the session, and others
able to sense a lightening, a refining, of their physical and
emotional selves. As the bodies clear and the client relaxes,
client experiences have included direct contact by enlightened
beings, receiving inspiration, having “new” talents activated,
and various experiences they have termed “resourcing”, “healing”
and “miraculous”. The work is transformational by design.
A session lasts approximately an hour in most cases. Three sessions are recommended to complete the initial process. A period of 3 weeks in between sessions is required to allow the energetics to complete each phase before beginning another one.

Sound – I am a Medium of Sound
Sound came to me as quite a surprise. It was my strategy for healing a closed throat which I believed was from too many lives of being silenced in a variety of painful ways, so as I began to channel and work with crystals my throat declined to open fully and I often experienced illnesses there. I began my study of sound with Vickie Dodd in Boulder and became the Crystal Healer on her Sound Training Tour in 1995. She hears the music of the spheres, the songs in bodies, and knows the way to acknowledge and then move pain and stuckness into grace. I was privy to her passionate, unequaled brilliance, and it hooked me forever.
Edgar Cayce, the “Sleeping Prophet” in the
early 20th century, proclaimed,
“The medicine of the future will be sound.”
I developed an intuitive sound modality that I began to use in my client sessions. I received information from the elemental kingdom about the dimensional bridging accomplished through spiraling sound. My angels told me to send the spirals into bodies and the results were remarkable. I studied with Tom Kenyon and added intention, opened more and became a Medium of Sound. I use spiraling sound all the time now (sometimes to the distress of my relatives!) and cannot imagine a creation system without it as a key element. To connect, purify, heal and create. I teach a variety of Sound Trainings from time to time, including my proprietary TranceSound™.
The Vedic texts, the Upanishads, speak of there being two ways to know reality:
